PF-tek method was developed and first made public in 1992 by www.fanaticus.com.
This method made the cultivation of mushrooms at home feasible and very simple.
Lets utilizing commonly available materials.
The substrate consists of Vermiculite, rice flour and water.
We use only high quality selcted brown rice flour with all natural nutrients and vitamins.
